  • Consulting - Currently working with a property company client on positioning their housing land bank for a single family housing investment platform

  • Consulting - Single family housing deal underwriting reports (to include socio-economic and demographics) for Institutional and property company clients on sites across the South East UK, totalling over 1,500 homes and collective GDV of £400m

  • Consulting - UK charities property portfolio reporting and exit strategies

  • Acquisition - Purchase for a developer of a 170,000 sq ft vacant office building in Newbury. The building is being converted into 191 apartments

  • Sale - Sale of a vacant 50,000 sq ft office building in Swindon. The building has consent to convert to 65 apartments.

  • Sale - Joint sale instruction by LPA Receivers on the disposal of a 3 x site residential development portfolio in South London. The combined price of the portfolio was approximately £10m and had potential to achieve planning for 150 apartments

  • Acquisition - A developer backed by an Institution acquired a £31m multi-let industrial estate in London. The site had potential for planning gain for alternative uses

  • Sale - A developer instructed us on the sale of a block of 28 residential apartments in Swindon
