He has had client side experience, giving him a unique understanding of both sides of the “asset” business plan.

Juha has a particular focus on the “beds” sector, Single family housing, build to rent, PRS, PBSA and Co-Living. He has a proven track record of origination, acquisition, sales, consulting and business plan execution.
